I never knew much about Mayday, growing up. Never really understood it even though I knew existed. So, I do enjoy this.
No! Never have! Where I grew up, Julie, you never saw things like this. It just didn’t exist. I remember seeing pictures of little girls dancing around a pole, dressed in pretty little dresses with lots of flowers and they had a ribbon that they held onto. It was attached to the top of a pole. I used to ask what it was about. And I never got an answer. And I don’t know why because my grandmother was from Scotland!! Oh well. I’m just as happy to learn from you!! 🥰
