We have two blackthorn trees in our garden - when we moved in during the summer there was so much going on I didn't put any effort into working out what they were, and then wondered about it all winter, and then a few weeks ago they blossomed! I was so excited 🧡

Isn't the aroma of the blackthorn blossom amazing ? Also that of the gorse flowers. Both smelling beautiful on my walk today.
